Checkout content and support conversations are masked in Clarity; order-history and payment-return pages are excluded. When enabled, Meta Pixel shares shopping actions and purchase totals with Meta for advertising measurement and personalisation, and Meta may associate visits with your account. Optional analytics do not include your name, email, address, card details or support messages. Change or withdraw permission using Privacy & Cookie Settings in the footer. Global Privacy Control disables optional tracking.
Support conversations
Support messages and your contact details are saved so our team can reply. When AI support is available, limited recent message text is sent to OpenAI to identify your question; common emails, order references and long numbers are removed first. Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or card details. AI replies use store information and may be incomplete. You can request a person at any time. Order information stays on our server and is shown only for the order history linked to your browser.
Store activity and staff alerts
Necessary cart changes and verified payment records support store operations, reporting and Telegram staff alerts. Staff alerts include products, quantities, totals and order references, without customer contact details or payment-card data. Optional visitor and campaign records are retained for up to 90 days.
Checkout and orders
Demo order records store selected products and totals without contact details. Card checkout stores customer and delivery details for order management; card fields are handled by Stripe.
Store operations
Store staff use order summaries to manage purchases. Internal order alerts do not include your name, contact details or delivery address.
