Pricing
Prices are in CAD. Discounts are included in the displayed product price. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown separately in checkout.
Orders
Your checkout shows the order total before payment. Paid orders and shipment tracking appear in Your orders. Any clearly labelled demo order takes no payment and creates no shipment.
Live sales
When live checkout is open, card payment is authorized first. We verify and reserve stock before collecting payment. If stock cannot be allocated, we cancel the authorization. Your bank controls when a released hold disappears.
