A little measuring goes a long way.
For shoes, measure both feet while standing and use the longer measurement. Compare foot length with the product’s chart; the CM size printed on a shoe label is a different measurement.
For clothing, use a flexible measuring tape and keep it level. Compare your chest, waist and hip measurements with the relevant chart. Product size options and fit can vary across styles.
